Light Bright!

PROGRAM: Classroom
Young scientists will investigate the phenomenon of light and shadow. Students will also experiment with the effects of illumination on shadows and become artists of light.

Science With a Bang!

Heat up the classroom as we explore the science of combustion. Students get fired up about science with a series of experiments that demonstrate the differences between explosions and combustion, the elements of the combustion triangle and some unexpected materials that make good fuels.

Really Cool Science

Not So Simple Machines
DISCIPLINE: Physical Science

Student construction crews will test their knowledge of simple machines. They will be challenged to build functioning mechanical models using a spatial building system.

Smell, scratch and even taste! Aspiring geologists will perform various tests to identify minerals and classify rocks.

Explore the topics of Alternative Energy and Energy Conservation in these hands on environmental science activities. We will help your students understand solar energy, hydrogen fuels cells and renewable energy.
